Donation boosts funding for 50th Fall Fun Festival

A generous gift — Members of the Beardstown Fall Fun Festival Committee received a $20,000 donation from JBS Beardstown and UFCW Local 431 to help fund the festival’s 50th Anniversary celebration. Fall Festival Treasurer Brenda Fishel receives the check from Chelsee Cornelius (JBS) and Sergio Ruiz (Local 431.) Also on hand for the presentation were Tom Schlueter and Scott Lummis.
