Gerald “Jerry” Dean Fisher, 85, Quincy, IL, died Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital.

He was born June 6, 1937, the son of Virgil Fisher and Viola Webster in Beardstown.

He is survived by two daughters, Cheryl (Seven) Fisher of New Buffalo, MI, and Brenda Fisher (Rob) of Montgomery, IL; one brother, Jim Tolle of Oregon; one sister, Joyce (George) Knight of Quincy; six nephews and two nieces.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Dona (Norm) Lippert of Peoria.

He was a factory worker in Galesburg and enjoyed spending his time cooking, fishing, and going on long distance walks.
