Teresa Joann “Teri” Shinall, 54, of Jacksonville, died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2021, at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
    Cremation rites have been accorded. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 4, at Black Oak Cemetery in rural Beardstown. Colwell Memorial Home in Beardstown is assisting the family with arrangements.
