Lois Darlene Warden, 90, of Beardstown passed away Friday, Nov. 20, 2020, at Heritage Health in Beardstown.
    She was born Oct. 4, 1930, in Beardstown, the daughter of James and Mary Goodin Warden.
    She is survived by one sister, Elizabeth Joann (deceased husband, Harry) Thurman of Beardstown; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn (Les) Taylor; two brothers and two sisters-in-law, Robert (Peg) Warden and Arthur (Sandra) Warden; and a nephew, Marty Warden.
    Mrs. Warden was raised on a farm in Cass County where she enjoyed riding her horse, Roxie. She was referred to as Aunt Doll by family members and loved to tease and be teased. She was known for her Dearie. Lois enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.
    A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, at Beardstown City Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation. Memorials are suggested to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
