The Beardstown Police have reported the following
Battery
Terry H. Coats and Chadwick R. Treadway were both cited for battery and disorderly conduct on March 14 at 9 p.m. in the 300 block of W. 5th St. In the same incident, Stephanie N. Treadway was cited for disorderly conduct. All three were given notice to appear in court April 7.
Resisting and Obstructing
Terry J. Erickson was cited for resisting or obstructing a peace officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of 2.5-10 grams of cannabis, DUI, and operating an uninsured vehicle on March 14 at 11:15 p.m. at 9th and Clay and was given notice to appear in court April 8.
DUI
Luis M. Garcia Santana was cited for aggravated DUI, two counts DUI, no valid driver’s license, driving on the sidewalk, driving in the wrong lane, and failure to wear sear belt. Santana was arrested and held without bond in the Schuyler County Jail and was given notice to appear in court April 8.
Traffic Offenses
Stacey L. Carnes was cited for driving while license suspended and disobeying a stop sign on March 12 at 3:08 p.m. at 5th and Wall and was given notice to appear in court April 8.
Ruth Kiese Kihonda was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle on March 10 at 3:44 p.m. in the 1100 block of Wall St. and was given notice to appear in court April 8.
Accident
A one-vehicle accident occurred on March 12 when a vehicle driven by Kalatina Camno of Springfield struck a garage.
Schuyler County State’s Attorney:
Meth
Jeremy A. Smith, age 29, of Browning, entered a plea of guilty to methamphetamine manufacturing, was sentenced to five years in the Department of Corrections plus two years mandatory supervised release and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $4,297.
DUI
Leodan S. Guijosa, age 22, of Beardstown, entered a plea of guilty to aggravated driving under the influence of drugs and unlawful possession of cannabis, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and placed on 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $5,106; entered a plea of guilty to driving on a suspended license and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $640.
Brandi M. Eagles, age 28, of Beardstown, entered a plea of guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, placed on 12 months court supervision, ordered to obtain an alcohol evaluation and successfully complete any recommended treatment and pay fines and costs totaling $2,248.
Criminal damage
Christopher A. Self, age 24, of Beardstown, entered a plea of guilty to criminal damage to government supported property, was sentenced to 32 days in jail, placed on 24 months conditional discharge and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $712 and restitution totaling $56.20.
No valid driver’s license
Teresa Laris Mendoza, age 36, of Beardstown, entered a plea of guilty to no valid driver’s license, placed on 12 months court supervision and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $642.
