State’s Attorney Ramon M. Escapa reports the following action was taken in the Schuyler County Circuit Court before the Honorable Alesia A. McMillen:
Christopher R. Merriman, of Frederick, entered a plea of guilty to domestic battery, was sentenced to 90 days jail, placed on 24 months probation and ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $1,115, and a probation service fee of $50 per month.
Oscar Rodriguez Jimenez, of Beardstown, entered a plea of guilty to driving on a suspended license, was ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $515.
Terry Baker, of Frederick, entered a plea of guilty to unlawful possession of alcohol, was ordered to pay court costs totaling $245.
Jacob J. Logsdon, of Beardstown, entered a plea of guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, was ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $2,317; entered a plea of guilty to disregarding traffic control device, fined $240.
Following a previous plea of guilty to felony driving on a revoked license, James M. Dillow, of Beardstown, was sentenced to 180 days jail, placed on 24 months probation, ordered to obtain a drug/alcohol evaluation and successfully completed any recommended treatment, and pay all fines and costs totaling $2,095 and a probation service fee of $50 per month.
Daniel J. Wherley, of Beardstown, entered a plea of guilty to driving on a suspended license, was ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $590.
Andres Hernandez Ruiz, of Beardstown, admitted the allegations of a petition to revoke probation for the offense of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and was re-sentenced to 180 days jail, placed on 30 months probation, shall not consume alcohol or be in any place that the primary purpose is the sale of alcohol, ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $1,140 and a probation service fee of $25 per month as well as any previously ordered fines and costs.
Kayle M. Lyles, of Beardstown, entered a plea of guilty to unlawful possession of controlled substance, was sentenced to 30 days jail, placed on 24 months probation, ordered to perform 30 hours of community work service, obtain a drug evaluation and successfully complete any recommended treatment and pay all fines and costs totaling $1,745 with a probation service fee of $50 per month; entered a plea of guilty to suspended registration, ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $1,245; entered a plea of guilty to driving on a suspended license, ordered to pay fines and costs totaling $508.
Nelson Colon Alvarez, of Beardstown, entered a plea of guilty to speeding, fined $120.
Gonzalo Perez Jr., of Beardstown, entered a plea of guilty to speeding, placed on 90 days supervision, fined $290.
