Beardstown Police:
Warrant:
An arrest warrant was received for Walter L. Frazier on a charge of failure to pay or appear on a charge of driving while license suspended. Frazier was arrested Nov. 27 and posted bond.
DUI:
Jason S. Coil was cited for DUI, disobeying a stop sign, and illegal transportation of alcohol on Dec. 1 at 2:48 a.m. on Wall St. and was given notice to appear in court Jan. 14.
Accident:
A traffic accident occurred on Arenzville Rd. on Nov. 25 involving vehicles driven by Bridjet J. Blout of Beardstown and Charles L. Kholian of Jacksonville.

Traffic Offenses:
Jose L. Dela Cruz Rocha, of Beardstown, entered a plea of guilty to speeding, placed on 120 supervision, fined $290.
Tim J. Edwards, of Browning, entered a plea of guilty to disregarding a stop sign, placed on 60 days supervision, fined $190.
Martin E. Mohlenbruck, of Frederick, entered a plea of guilty to speeding, placed on six months supervision, fined $340 and must successfully complete traffic safety school.
Natividad Ayala-Enrigues, of Beardstown, entered a plea of guilty to no valid driver’s license.
DUI:
Tonya M. Goddard, age 37, of Browning, entered a plea of guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, was placed on 12 months supervision, ordered to obtain an alcohol evaluation and successfully complete all recommended treatment and pay fines and costs totaling $2,283.
Bail violation:
John M. Weatherby, age 37, of Frederick, entered a plea of guilty to violation of bail bond, was sentenced to three days jail, placed on 18 months conditional discharge and ordered to complete intervention against aggressive behaviors and pay fines and costs totaling $610.
