Beardstown Police reports:

Warrants:
A warrant for Christopher R. Self was received on charges of residential burglary and theft over $500. Self was arrested Sept. 10 and held in the Schuyler County Jail.
A warrant for Jesus Yanes Rodriguez was received on a charge of failure to appear on a charge of passing a loading/unloading school bus. Rodriguez was arrested Sept. 10 and posted bond.
Criminal damage:
Kari L. Everist of Versailles was cited for criminal damage to property under $500 on Sept. 10 at 10:13 a.m. at 916 Arenz St and was given notice to appear in court Sept. 30.
Resisting/obstructing peace officers:
Chadwick R. Treadway was cited for resisting or obstructing a peace officer and breach of peace on Sept. 9 at 10:51 p.m. at 301 W. 8th St. Treadway was arrested and held without bond in the Schuyler County Jail and given notice to appear in court Sept. 30.
A 17-yr. old Beardstown juvenile was cited for resisting or obstructing a peace officer, criminal trespass to railroad property, and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor on Sept. 14 at 5:07 a.m. at the City Public Works Dept. at the railroad tracks and was given notice to appear in court Oct. 21.
Joseph A. Nunez was cited for resisting or obstructing a peace officer on Sept. 15 at 12:06 a.m. in the 200 block of Washington St. Nunez was arrested and held without bond in the Schuyler County Jail and given notice to appear in court Oct. 21.
Drug possession:
Francisco Cortes-Cortes was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis, driving while license revoked, violation of classification, and disobeying a stop sign on Sept.13 at 12:39 a.m. at 12th and Grand Ave. and was given notice to appear in court Oct. 22.
Speeding:
Oscar W. Cluney was cited for speeding 35 mph in a 25 mph zone on Sept. 10 at 7:10 a.m. at 14th and Wall and was given notice to appear in court Oct. 8.
