The Beardstown police report:
Domestic battery:
Holly J. Cupp was cited for domestic battery on Sept. 7 at 8:04 p.m. at 1316 E. 5th St. Cupp was arrested and held without bond in the Schuyler County Jail and given notice to appear in court Sept. 23.
Traffic Offenses:
Haley M. Canada was cited for no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured vehicle on Sept. 8 at 1:33 a.m. at 4th and Bay and was given notice to appear in court Sept. 24.
Edith Garcia Saavedra was cited for speeding 37 mph in a 25 mph zone on Sept. 2 at 4:20 p.m. in the 1200 block of Wall St.
Sheriff’s report
Meth offenses:
Jason W. Devore of Beardstown was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and criminal trespass to real property on Aug. 30.
DUI:
Patrick A. Pond of San Jose was arrested for DUI on Aug. 29 following a one-vehicle accident on Rte. 78 near Knight Road. Pond‘s vehicle overturned after he lost control of it.

Battery:
Katrina Mersman, 22, of Chandlerville pleaded guilty to battery and was fined $862.
Sandra A. Coats of Beardstown pleaded guilty to battery and was fined $682.
Sergio Montoya-Picazo pleaded guilty to battery and was placed on 12 months probation, sentenced to 90 days in jail with the sentence stayed until March 21, 2014 and fined $1,082.
Fake ID:
Yuliana Sanchez-Sandoval of Beardstown pleaded guilty to distributing information to promote furnishing a fraudulent identification card and was fined over $1,500.
DUI and obstructing justice:
Adell Claybrook, 31, of Beardstown, pleaded guilty to aggravated DUI and obstructing justice and was sentenced to 18 months in the Department of Corrections and fined over $1,000.
Drug conviction:
Cordell E. Kotalik, 22, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and was fined $822.
DUI:
Peggy Sinnenl pleaded guilty to DUI, was sentenced to 12 months supervision and fined $252.
Elizabeth Gonzalez Baez pleaded guilty to DUI and a sentencing hearing was set for Oct. 8.
Traffic offenses:
Alec S. Davis pleaded guilty to an illegal sound system and was fined $252 and placed on four months supervision.
Lacie Bell pleaded guilty to speeding, fined $252, placed on four months supervision.
Cody. W. Hopkins pleaded guilty to speeding, fined $252, placed on three months supervision.
James Skeeters, Jr. pleaded guilty to speeding, fined $252, placed on three months supervision.
Leo Herzberger pleaded guilty to unlawful transportation of alcohol, fined $347, placed on four months supervision.
Jesse Torres pleaded guilty to violation of traffic laws, fined $297.
Chyann Riley pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended and was fined $470.
Danielle Kotalik pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended and was fined $868.
Jesus Avelino Depaz pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license and was fined $519.
Christina A. Rees pleaded guilty to failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and was fined $472 and place on three months supervision.
Leonardo Custodio pleaded guilty to no insurance and was placed on supervision for 90 days and fined $292.
Octavio Resendiz-Rodriguez pleaded guilty to no insurance and was placed on 90 days supervision and fined $292.
Maria Guiturrez pleaded guilty to improper use of registration and was fined $247.
Todd Feigl pleaded guilty to failure to secure a child under eight years old and was fined $238.
Ana B. Andrade pleaded guilty to no valid driver’s license and no insurance and was fined in total $683 and placed on 90 days supervision.
