The Cass County Sheriff’s Office released the following reports:
A warrant was received for Michael David Rogers of Virginia on a charge of failure to appear on charges of criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct. Rogers was arrested Aug. 7.
Clifford E. Bottens of Beardstown was arrested Aug. 7 for domestic battery.
Cordell E. Kotalik of Beardstown was cited Aug. 9 for possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis.
Dustin Michael Mead of Jacksonville was cited Aug. 11 for criminal trespass to land.
Samuel T. Little of Ashland was arrested Aug. 21 for two counts DUI and improper parking on roadway.
Baez Elizabeth Gonzalez of Beardstown was cited Aug. 3 for two counts DUI and failure to dim headlights.
Richard W. Shaw of Rushville was cited Aug. 15 for DUI and improper lane usage.
Kyle Edward Anderson of Ashland was arrested Aug. 15 for unlawful possession of title documents, failure to give information after striking other property, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and illegal transportation of alcohol.
Chyann L. Riley of Beardstown was cited Aug. 7 for driving while license suspended.
Jesse D. Price of Arenzville was cited Aug. 13 for driving while license suspended.
H. Eugene Stuller of Franklin was cited Aug. 17 for illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage.
A traffic accident occurred Aug. 7 at Virginia Rd. and Main St. in Arenzville when a bicycle driven by a 12-year-old Arenzville juvenile struck a vehicle driven by Andrew M. Maxwell of Concord. The bicyclist suffered injuries.
A traffic accident occurred on Aug. 3 on Virginia Rd. when a vehicle driven by James E. Stock of Arenzville struck a deer.
A traffic accident occurred on Aug. 20 on Indian Creek Rd. when a vehicle driven by Phillip D. Perry of Beardstown struck a deer.
A traffic accident occurred on Aug. 11 on Mud Rd. when a vehicle driven by Junior B. Nzlango of Galesburg struck a deer.
