Edge – Richardson

Kim and Stan Edge of Chandlerville and Michael and Tresa Richardson of Hannibal, Mo., are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Clarissa Edge and Ben Richardson. The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of A-C Central High School and Illinois College in Jacksonville. She is currently in a doctoral program in Counseling Psychology at the University of Florida.

The groom-to-be graduated from Hannibal High School in 2004 and Illinois College. He is in a doctoral program in Neuroscience at SIU School of Medicine in Springfield.

The wedding will be held May 29, 2011 in Springfield.

Nicolls – Wildt

Hillary Nicolls and Jonathan Wildt were united in marriage on April 24, 2010 at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort in Nathrop, Colo. The bride is the daughter of Mr. Bruce Nicolls of DuBois, Pa. and Mrs. Joanne Danvir of Truth or Consequences, N.M.

The groom is the son of Alan and Margaret Wildt of Virginia.

Attendants for the bride were Monika Skiba (friend), Jessica Wildt (sister of the groom), Marieta Nicolls (cousin), and Beth Peninger (friend) as maid of honor. Attendants for the groom were Jason Kurien (friend), Joseph Edwards (friend), Ian Nicolls (brother-in-law), and Adam Wildt (brother of the groom), as best man.

Pastor Isam Itson of Colorado Springs presided over the ceremony. An additional wedding reception was held at the groom's parents' home in Virginia in July for those who could not travel for the ceremony.

The bride is a graduate of The Colorado College, where she received a BA in Biochemistry. She attends Argosy University of Chicago, where she is pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical psychology.

The groom is a graduate of the University of Chicago, where he received a MA in Social Work and Hospital Administration. He is currently employed by Lawndale Christian Health Center.

The newlyweds reside in Chicago.

Hance – Dawson

Alexis (Allie) Hance and William (Bill) Dawson, were united in marriage on the courthouse lawn in Virginia, Aug. 27.

The bride is the daughter of Curt and Kim Hance of Beardstown. The groom is the son of Cynthia McCulley and the late Bruce Dawson.

Judge Bobby Hardwick, Jr. performed the ceremony.
